MISSION
The University Print Shop is committed to supporting the educational mission of the University Community with reliable, high quality services to meet its printing needs.  In pursuit of this mission the Print shop provides the most cost-efficient desktop publishing, duplicating and printing services with benefits such as flexibility, confidentiality, security, convenience, control and a faster turnaround time. The information in this web-site is intended to help you plan your printing materials.  Tips are enclosed which will help avoid communication problems and delays.  The list of products and services indicate the wide variety offered.

HOW THE PRINT SHOP OPERATES

The Print Shop recovers cost by allocating them to the user departments through a CHARGE-BACK SYSTEM.  Charges are based on supplies and materials.  Departments utilizing the services are sent a monthly summary, which shows the exact cost of their printing jobs.  The University uses the Print Shop to produce approximately 80% of the printing requirements.

The goal of this web-site is to increase the University Community's understanding of the printing operation.  Joyce Dyson, is the Print Shop Manager and Gregory Lloyd is the Assistant Print Shop Manager.  Please feel free to contact them when you have special projects and questions about the printing process.
